Apple Announces New products

New Apple Updates and Products!

Just when we thought Apple was going smaller with the iPad mini, they decided to release the new giant iPad Pro  showcasing a 12.9 inch (measured diagonally) retina display and 10 hours of battery life. Prices start at $799 for the 32 GB Wi-Fi model and go up to $1,079 for the 128 GB model, which comes with Wi-Fi and cellular capabilities. This new iPad also features a four-speaker audio system, which is three times better than the audio volume of an iPad Air 2.  Also unveiled to make this new iPad even cooler, is the new $169 “Smart Keyboard” accessory, and a $99 “Apple Pencil” accessory, which the iPad Pro is designed to sense in order to vary the line thickness drawn with the device.

The new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus were also unveiled during this Apple media event in San Francisco earlier today. Although the devices look similar, they do feature a new “3D Touch” gesture that distinguishes a quick tap and a long press to provide different shortcuts. They also have even better cameras and a faster A9 processor.

The Apple Watch also got some attention today, as they unveiled the Apple Watch OS 2 availability date on September 16, which focused on its ability to help doctors monitor the health and heartbeat of a pregnant patient and her baby. They also introduced a new line of luxury Apple Watch collection called Hermes, available in October, featuring a stainless steel case, gold and rose gold aluminum as well as new sports bands, new leather bands, a new rose gold case, and even a stainless steel case for the Product(red) brand to help the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Lastly, the new Apple TV will be released in October. It comes with the Siri remote, a glass touch surface, and voice command.
