Fix to Internet Explorer

Microsoft released a security patch on Thursday, May 1st,  to address the ie 1recently discovered critical vulnerability in Internet Explorer.  UWIT will release this patch today to make sure UW computers are secure from this vulnerability.  The patch release may require a restart of your computer.  If a restart is required, you will be presented with the option to restart after the patch is installed.  Once the patch is installed Internet Explorer should be safe to use.
